- dropping MetaContact-s or simple String addresses in the Call dialog would initiate an invite and hence the creation of a conference call or if such already exist just the adding of the new callee to the conference.
- added the possibility to drag the number entered in the call field on the bottom of the contact list.
- replaced previous implementation of Drag'n'Drop in the contact list with the default drag'n'drop mechanism used in java, thus allowing the dropping of contacts outside the contact list (like in an existing call, chat or simply as a string in any other desktop application)
- extended and override the default TransferHandler to provide visual representation of the dragged object (special handling of MetaContacts is provided in the ContactListCellRenderer) and add support of MetaContact flavor.
- reorganized conference user interface in order to better reflect what happens on protocol level (handle the case when the call peer doesn't participate in the call as a conference member; handles the cases when a call peer becomes a conference focus or loses the focus; etc.).
- introduced two different listeners for sound level events. One listening for stream events and the other one listening for conference members events. Add the corresponding implementation in the user interface.
- added some dummy implementation of hold, mute and sound level changes useful for test purposes.

- Updates HttpCore which is already used by the MSN protocol implementation. Also updates Apache Commons Logging which is already used by profiler4j.
- Doesn't jar log4j into the SIP and RSS protocol implementations because it's already a bundle. Thus reduces the sizes of the SIP and RSS protocol implementations.

- introduced new event that notifies the gui when a file transfer request has been cancelled by the sender.
- Popup and sound notification for incoming file transfer - in the future the popup notification could be extended to allow to show a custom icon in order to show a file preview.

drag and drop files into chat windows. It displays incoming file notifications, file icons or previews (where possible, e.g. images).
This work package also contains a first file transfer implementation over the XMPP protocol (using the smack implementation of xep-0096: http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0096.html). Unfortunately this implementation won't work very well with GoogleTalk accounts for now, as Google servers seem to block every file bigger than 60K.
This commit contains also some improvements in the way we load the history and we manage error messages in the gui.
