It is a regression of the initial commit d0f339eef7 and 6f2cc8b717. Fixing it by removing min\max buttons from dynamic popups. It looks like the information on those popups will not look better after maximization (subscriber prefferences \ CallForwarding section \ question mark icons to activate popups).
