Otherwise the attribute 'open' has been removed from class '.accordion-group' when user removes mouse from element 'search/from/to' (the 'hide' event is triggered). Ngcp-panel should remove orange background on manual click to close accordion, this is why we are validating 'e.target' to ignore tooltip events.
