Guillem Jover	3f75e81bc6	MT#62763 Fix shellcheck issues Add a new example /etc/default/ngcp-api file, so that we can install it (for NGCP it will be overwritten by the templates equivalent) and gives an idea of what is expected to be set there, and so that we can use it for shellcheck to let it understand what variables are set there.
