MT#56845 New subscriber preference: `cloud_pbx_hunt_cancel_mode`

A new subscriber preference has been introduced to control the
behavior on a termination of call legs in the early dialog stage.

Name: `cloud_pbx_hunt_cancel_mode`
Values: `bye`, `cancel` (default one).
