Description:

This module enables you to monitor Sems. It offers its 
informations through UDP. At the moment, only the number  
of active calls is available.


Using sample program:

1. compile query_stats.c with: 
     g++ -o query_stats query_stats.c

2. use:
     ./query_stats -s m.y.i.p -p port
