for e.g. ACK to negative replies in B2BUA, the dialog may already be
forgotten when the ACK comes in, thus this is a normally occuring event.
reported by Juha Heinanen
- the session pointer should not be touched after the session has been started (could be immediately destroyed).
- return 481 on CANCEL if the transaction cannot be found.
- reply properly with 482 if the UAS dialog already exists.
SIP message processing and Session event processing are now
enclosed in blocks with the form
vv <type> [<callid>|<ltag>] ... vv
^^ <type> [<callid>|<ltag>] ... ^^
where
<type> = M SIP message processing
<type> = S Session event processing
- print-msg.diff: create a string representation out of a AmSipRequest/~Reply; this can be used when an incoming message is discarded for some reason;
- log-thread-id.diff: with debug builds, log the thread ID as well: the process ID doesn't really help when trying to trace a call flow;
- di-arg-log.diff: when doing an DI call that fails, be more verbose about the reason (like what kind of argument is expected and what is received).
Patch by Bogdan Pintea.
- changed log format a li'l
- added NO_THREADID_LOG compile option to disable thread id logging

- removed AmSIPEventHandler (its functionalities are now in AmEventDispatcher).
- added possibility for each plug-in to receive out-of-dialog messages (any kind).
- added possibility to handle dialogs without creating a session (=AmSession).

- splits the interface to the outer world from the core:
- use binrpcctrl plugin for SASI interface, or
- unixsockctrl for the good old unix socket interface.
