DTMF injection must use the codec handler of the primary payload (audio
stream), not the handler of the DTMF PT itself.

Add a flag to inhibit kernel mode while DTMF injection is active. Tie in
DTMF playback trigger function: Remove stream from kernel, set inhibit
flag, play DTMF, then unset inhibit flag when all events have been
injected.

DTMF requires the "end" event to be sent multiple times, requiring
sequence number adjustments after DTMF injection has finished. Add

Support using the SSRC TS derived from received RTP packets as "encoder"

Make the decision whether or not to use SSRC passthrough handlers in the

__make_passthrough_ssrc() is only used after a passthrough handler has
already been created via __make_passthrough(), and the two functions do
exactly the same thing other than using a different handler functions.
So we can skip completely shutting down the handler and creating a new
one, and only update the handler function instead.

This combines the REMG_DEL_TARGET method with REMG_GET_STATS. It
retrieves the stats of an existing target, returns them to userspace,
then proceeds to delete the target.

When the `discard-recording` flag is given in one of the commands to
rtpengine (e.g. in the `delete` command), the metafile is renamed to a
.DISCARD suffix and then deleted.
The recording daemon then, seeing the .DISCARD suffix, proceeds to
immediately close all recordings, delete the files if any, and delete
the entries from the DB.

These are two different file paths and each belongs to its respective

The unified `rtpengine_message` struct has become quite large, and most
fields are not used for most of the messages sent to the kernel module.
Use command-specific structures that only contain the required
information. Adapt the I/O code and the size checks to use the correct
sizes.
Do special handling for GET_*_STATS as these commands do both input and
output at the same time. Copy in only the input portion of the struct.
(Copy-out still copies the entire struct at this point.)

Defer handling of trickle ICE updates to the appropriate function, which
also handles queuing up the updates in case they're processed before the
call or call party has been fully created.

Move trickle ICE handling out of __media_init_from_flags and into a
higher-level function. This obsoletes the special magic return value to
indicate a trickle ICE failure.
All methods accepting trickle ICE updates must now explicitly call the
trickle ICE update function.
The requirement to have a full dialogue for trickle ICE updates is
removed as trickle ICE only affects one side.

1) a=ice-options can be a session-level attribute. Use the correct
lookup function to check for both media-level and session-level
attributes.
2) The RTP endpoint address must be filled in before we do the trickle
ICE check, which uses 0.0.0.0:9 as determining factor.

Introduce a reworked port allocation in RTPEngine.
The goal of this rework is to:
- simplify the logic of handling free/engaged ports
- eliminate a bottle neck begotten by overcomplicated logic
- potentially resolve the issue with "ran out of ports"
under heavy loading, when still there must be ports left
in the ports pool

If "streams" is given, it contains one entry per media stream.
Media-specific subscriptions aren't currently supported, so we expect
only one entry per call party, which includes a subscription to all
media streams. Crudely work around this with a feed ID uniqueness test
until proper multi-stream support is available.

The "configure" message can be used without SDP to update an existing
publisher. In this use case we simply use the "audio" and "video" flags
to update the respective RECV flags of the media streams. This supports
muting and unmuting.

Distinguish between two cases: Sending a message to one particular WS or
HTTP connection directly as a response to a request, and sending an
asynchronous message or event to a session. Introduce
janus_send_json_sync_response() to do the format, and update all event
notifications to use janus_send_json_async().

We only support websocket-connected Janus sessions for now, and don't
support the HTTP polling mechanism.

As multiple handles from multiple different sessions can participate in
the same room, we need a way to look up handles from different sessions.
We therefore transfer ownership of all janus_handle objects to global
level. As these are currently not reference-counted, this necessitates
holding the global lock for the entirety of the signalling process.

Janus rooms are not necessarily tied to just a single session. Make it
possible for one room to be used from multiple sessions.
