Donat Zenichev	125c17684d	MT#55897 Convert `rtpengine.pod` / `rtpengine-recording.pod` to MD ... For a compatibility reasons (with other doc files and with RTD) the `rtpengine.pod` and `rtpengine-recording.pod` file get converted to the Markdown syntax. We have to restructure project's general README.md in order to make all recently added documentation sources (including RTD) be compliant and let it look centralized and good organized.
