Victor Seva	72cfecd34c	TT#88250 release_changed app check-ngcp-release-changes job will send via jbi its info. Then the app will process the data and keep it to provide /release_changed/<vmtype>/<version>/ URL to check the status. TT#61954 Namespace debhelper fragment files

Using non-namespaced fragment files is deprecated. Remove unnecessary
entries from dirs fragment.
