Guillem Jover	55d8353873	TT#177600 Move ngcpcfg specific configuration under /etc/ngcp-ngcpcfg The configuration files specific to the ngcpcfg tool should not be mixed with the site specific configuration, as that's rather confusing, more so when the actual ngcpcfg configuration contains references to the location of the ngcp-config dir itself, which makes it self-referential. Michael Prokop	cad3178c35	TT#124273 github actions: replace buster with bullseye As of commit `f607c7d` and its raise of debhelper compat level to v13, we no longer support Debian/buster, as builds are failing with: \| The following packages have unmet dependencies: \| builddeps:. : Depends: debhelper-compat (= 13) \| E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages. Michael Prokop	6575b8ef37	TT#120901 Support ShellCheck v7.0.2 Quoting the v7.0.2 changes from https://github.com/koalaman/shellcheck/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md: \| SC1090: A leading `$x/` or `$(x)/` is now treated as `./` when locating files So ShellCheck v0.7.2+ strips a single expansion followed by a slash, e.g. "${FUNCTIONS}"/logs gets treated as './logs'. This allows usage of source-path directives or -P flags to specify the a location, which is what hereby enable in our shellcheck command line via `-P functions`. We only need to disable SC1091 for sourcing "${FUNCTIONS}"/ha_features and "${FUNCTIONS}"/carrier_features, as those files are part of a separate, outside repository.
