Alexander Lutay	ea27f128b5	TT#81185 Fix d31797c: fix 'create' buttons layout for framed=1 All the top buttons "Create", "Download", "Upload" were displayed with the wrong positioning due to "margin-left: -30px;" in bootstrap-responsive.css. Most probably it was some workaround from the middle ages and it is not a time to refactor it and provide the "proper fix" here as we are trying to deprecate the old admin panel interface completely. Those margin-left has been introduced in the very first commit `f33ed459` back to 2013. Let's mute the annoying margin-left padding for the admin-ui case framed=1.
