MT#60860 Update new favicon in png format

Firefox requires a png format of the favicon instead of an ico version, so this format has been added as well in all the possible supported sizes. Change-Id: I69ccb339f01953e32a89eeded6587030fe05cfeb (cherry picked from commit a02cac37c3)
