TT#44197 Install ledmon on PRO/Carrier by default

PRO/Carrer mr6.5+ are based on software RAID, we need to provide ability to match Linux disk to the real hardware by blinking the LED indicator. Change-Id: I21c071c73277c467ed707f59302cab05d857b1f5
