bin/check.sh:
- calls bin/scenario.pl to generate needed csv files.
- uses the generated scenario.csv file to know the ip of the caller/callee.
- don't need to do any unreg. All locations are removed before run any scenario.
bin/sipp.sh:
- callee.csv and caller.csv are now in the test dir
- no peer.csv
