native	Adds "push to talk" functionality. The default shortcut for push to talk is "Shift Ctrl/Meta T". Native global shortcuts are now committed only for Mac. Windows and Linux coming soon. Patch provided by Hristo Terezov on dev (March 25, 2013, subject: "Re: [jitsi-dev] [PATCH] Push to talk").
