Readme.txt 

Packages needed subversion rpm-build java-devel ant.
Create folder ~/rpmbuild.
Copy or link the SPECS folder there.
To create rpm packages just need to call build-jitsi-rpm.sh script, like:
~/rpmbuild/SPECS/build-jitsi-rpm.sh 1.1 4454.10414 10414
