Sebastien Vincent 1a28d9f141 Adds user-configured STUN/TURN/Jingle Nodes servers to be used in Google Talk call. For a jabber call, if the callee address does not have domain name, adds the one of the account or OVERRIDE_PHONE_PREFIX value if this property is defined.
