Lyubomir Marinov	2d36d710a0	Fixes the native part of LTI-CIVIL to work on 32-bit Linux: (1) includes patches from Damian Minkov to add support for various format conversions and (2) properly stops and disposes the native CaptureStream so that LTI-CIVIL stops capturing when told to do so and it doesn't freeze the application on errors.	17 years ago
