Alexander Traud	f875175815	res_format_attr_*: Parameter Names are Case-Insensitive. see RFC 4855: parameter names are case-insensitive both in media type strings and in the default mapping to the SDP a=fmtp attribute. This change is required for H.263+ because some implementations are known to use even mixed-case. This does not fix ASTERISK~29268 because H.264 was not fixed. This approach here lowers/uppers both parameter names and parameter values. H.264 needs a different approach because one of its parameter values is not case-insensitive: sprop-parameter-sets is Base64. Change-Id: Idf2a73457be231647aed3c87b1da197afba86892	6 years ago
Corey Farrell	a6e5bae3ef	Remove ASTERISK_REGISTER_FILE. ASTERISK_REGISTER_FILE no longer has any purpose so this commit removes all traces of it. Previously exported symbols removed: * __ast_register_file * __ast_unregister_file * ast_complete_source_filename This also removes the mtx_prof static variable that was declared when MTX_PROFILE was enabled. Joshua Colp	75818b4084	siren: Add format attribute modules for Siren7 and Siren14. This change removes hardcoded SDP parsing and generation for Siren7 and Siren14 from chan_sip and moves it to format attribute modules so it can also be used by chan_pjsip. in the default mapping to the SDP a=fmtp attribute.

This change is required for H.263+ because some implementations are
known to use even mixed-case. This does not fix ASTERISK~29268 because
H.264 was not fixed. This approach here lowers/uppers both parameter

Remove ASTERISK_REGISTER_FILE.

ASTERISK_REGISTER_FILE no longer has any purpose so this commit removes
all traces of it.

Previously exported symbols removed:
* __ast_register_file
* __ast_unregister_file
* ast_complete_source_filename

This also removes the mtx_prof static variable that was declared when
MTX_PROFILE was enabled.  This variable was only used in lock.c so it
is now initialized in that file only.
