Alexander Traud	79cb1cdb65	progdocs: Avoid 'name' with Doxygen \file. Fixes one misuse of the parameter 'name'. Additionally, for consistency and to avoid such an issue in future, those few other places, which used '\file name', were changed just to '\file'. Then, Doxygen uses the name of the current file. Kevin Harwell	30c0af7257	various files - fix some alerts raised by lgtm code analysis This patch fixes several issues reported by the lgtm code analysis tool: https://lgtm.com/projects/g/asterisk/asterisk Not all reported issues were addressed in this patch. This patch mostly fixes confirmed reported errors, potential problematic code points, and a few other "low hanging" warnings or recommendations found in core supported modules. Ludovic Gasc (GMLudo)	9f62feca60	res_calendar: Add support for fetching calendars when reloading We use a lot res_calendar, we are very happy with that, especially because you use libical, the almost alone opensource library that supports really ical format with all types of recurrency. Nevertheless, some features are missed for our business use cases. This first patch adds a new option in calendar.conf: fetch_again_at_reload. Be my guest for a better name. If it's true, when you'll launch "module reload res_calendar.so", Asterisk will download again the calendar. The business use case is that we have a WebUI with a scheduler planner, we know when the calendars are modified. For now, we need to define 1 minute of timeout to have a chance that our user doesn't wait too long between the modification and the real test. But it generates a lot of useless HTTP traffic. Terry Wilson	0cc38858dd	Track module use count for res_calendar If the res_calendar module was followed immediately by one of the calendar tech modules and "core stop gracefully" was run, Asterisk would crash. This patch adds use count tracking for res_calendar so that it is unloaded after the tech modules when shutting down gracefully. It is now not possible to unload all the of the calendar modules via "module unload res_calednar.so", but it is still possible to unload them all via "module unload -h res_calendar.so". Terry Wilson	a75ba8d1a9	Remove global variable that makes dlopen unhappy This isn't the best way to do this, but it is the easiest. Terry Wilson	71a3a2ebf6	Add Calendaring support for Asterisk This commit add Calendaring support to Asterisk for iCalendar, CalDAV, and MS Exchange calendars. Exchange support has only been tested on Exchange Server 2k3 and does not support forms-based authentication at this time (patches very welcome). Exchange support is also currently missing the ability to return a list of a meting's attendees (again, patches are very, very welcome).
