Corey Farrell	dc738b145f	core: Remove incorrect usage of attribute_malloc. GCC documentation states that when __attribute__((malloc)) is used it should not return storage which contains any valid pointers. It specifically mentions that realloc functions should not have the malloc attribute, but this also means that complex initializers which could contain initialized pointers should not use this attribute. Kinsey Moore	0ac7f96057	Stasis: Convey transfer information to applications This fixes a class of issues where Stasis applications were not made aware that their channels were being manipulated or replaced by external entitiessuch as transfers, AMI commands, or dialplan applications such as Bridge(). Inconsistent information such as StasisEnd events with unknown channels as a result of masquerades has also been corrected. To accomplish these fixes, several new fields were added to blind and attended transfer messages as well as StasisStart and BridgeAttendedTransfer Stasis events. Matthew Jordan	8018b879a2	Clean up doxygen warnings This patch fixes numerous doxygen warnings across Asterisk. It also updates the makefile to regenerate the doxygen configuration on the local system before running doxygen to help prevent warnings/errors on the local system. Jeff Peeler	bf0bb7b385	Add Doxygen documentation for API changes from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1 Copied from my review board description: This is a continuation of the API changes documentation started for describing changes between releases. Most of the API changes were pretty simple needing only to be brought to attention via the new "Asterisk API Changes" list. However, if you see anything that needs further explanation feel free to supplement what is there. The current method of documenting is to add (in the header file): \version <ver number> <description of changes> and then to add the function to the change list in doxyref.h on the AstAPIChanges page. I also made sure all the functions that were newly added were tagged with \since 1.6.1. I think this is a good habit to start both for the historical aspect as well as for the future ability to easily add a "New Asterisk API" page.
