  Introduce XML documentation for:
    - MeetMe()

  - Add an attribute to optionlist 'hasparams' with the same functionality as the one
  we have in <parameter> and <argument> (the DTD was updated)
  - Fix a leak when getting an attribute while parsing an <optionlist>.
