Tell menuselect that MALLOC_DEBUG conflicts with DEBUG_CHAOS.

DEBUG_CHAOS was marked as conflicting with MALLOC_DEBUG, but
for this to work correctly MALLOC_DEBUG must also be marked
as conflicting with DEBUG_CHAOS.
