The agent entertainment is now changed from MOH to silence after the alert beep. * Fixed holding bridge technology to defer starting the entertainment. It was previously a mixture of immediate and deferred. * Fixed holding bridge technology to immediately stop the entertainment. It was previously a mixture of immediate and deferred.
