Jonathan Rose b0bb03e916 bridging: Give bridges a name and a known creator Bridges have two new optional properties, a creator and a name. Certain consumers of bridges will automatically provide bridges that they create with these properties. Examples include app_bridgewait, res_parking, app_confbridge, and app_agent_pool. This directory contains the specification for the Asterisk RESTful
API. The API is documented using Swagger[1]. This is used to not only
generate executable documentation pages for the API, but also to
generate a lot of the boilerplate necessary for implementing the API
with Asterisk's HTTP server.
