Russell Bryant	7abda7787e	various menuselect fixes as a result of boredom during a 9 hour flight and now a 9 hour layover ... - If a module is disabled from being built because of failed dependencies or a conflict, automatically re-enable the module if the issues are later resolved. - If a module has been disabled by default, only set this value if there is not an existing menuselect.makeopts file.
