Alexander Traud	44a9c16e9c	progdocs: Avoid 'name' with Doxygen \file. Fixes four misuses of the parameter 'name'. Additionally, for consistency and to avoid such an issue in future, those few other places, which used '\file name', were changed just to '\file'. Then, Doxygen uses the name of the current file. Corey Farrell	572a508ef2	loader: Convert reload_classes to built-in modules. * acl (named_acl.c) * cdr * cel * ccss * dnsmgr * dsp * enum * extconfig (config.c) * features * http * indications * logger * manager * plc * sounds * udptl These modules are now loaded at appropriate time by the module loader. Unlike loadable modules these use AST_MODULE_LOAD_FAILURE on error so the module loader will abort startup on failure of these modules. Some of these modules are still initialized or shutdown from outside the module loader. logger.c is initialized very early and shutdown very late, manager.c is initialized by the module loader but is shutdown by the Asterisk core (too much uses it without holding references). Jeff Peeler	bf0bb7b385	Add Doxygen documentation for API changes from 1.6.0 to 1.6.1 Copied from my review board description: This is a continuation of the API changes documentation started for describing changes between releases. Most of the API changes were pretty simple needing only to be brought to attention via the new "Asterisk API Changes" list. However, if you see anything that needs further explanation feel free to supplement what is there. The current method of documenting is to add (in the header file): \version <ver number> <description of changes> and then to add the function to the change list in doxyref.h on the AstAPIChanges page. I also made sure all the functions that were newly added were tagged with \since 1.6.1. I think this is a good habit to start both for the historical aspect as well as for the future ability to easily add a "New Asterisk API" page. Brett Bryant	65b8381550	The following patch adds new options and alters the default behavior of the ENUM* functions. The TXCIDNAME lookup function has also gotten a new paramater. The new options for ENUM* functions include 'u', 's', 'i', and 'd' which return the full uri, trigger isn specific rewriting, look for branches into an infrastructure enum tree, or do a direct dns lookup of a number respectively. The new paramater for TXCIDNAME adds a zone-suffix argument for looking up caller id's in DNS that aren't e164.arpa. This patch is based on the original code from otmar, modified by snuffy, and tested by jtodd, me, and others. Russell Bryant	e090c28540	Add two new dialplan functions: ENUMQUERY and ENUMRESULT. These functions allow you to initiate an ENUM query using ENUMQUERY, and then access the details of all of the results using ENUMRESULT. Previously, if you wanted to access multiple results, Asterisk would have to do a new DNS lookup every time.
