Terry Wilson	3570ad103d	Added a new module, res_phoneprov, which allows auto-provisioning of phones based on configuration templates that use Asterisk dialplan function and variable substitution. It should be possible to create phone profiles and templates that work for the majority of phones provisioned over http. It is currently only intended to provision a single user account per phone. An example profile and set of templates for Polycom phones is provided. Luigi Rizzo	fdb7f7ba3d	Start untangling header inclusion in a way that does not affect build times - tested, there is no measureable difference before and after this commit. In this change: use asterisk/compat.h to include a small set of system headers: inttypes.h, unistd.h, stddef.h, stddint.h, sys/types.h, stdarg.h, stdlib.h, alloca.h, stdio.h Where available, the inclusion is conditional on HAVE_FOO_H as determined by autoconf. Normally, source files should not include any of the above system headers, and instead use either "asterisk.h" or "asterisk/compat.h" which does it better. Luigi Rizzo	7f8ecd2cd3	make the 'name' and 'value' fields in ast_variable const char * This prevents modifying the strings in the stored variables, and catched a few instances where this was actually done. Given the differences between trunk and 1.4 (and the fact that this is effectively an API change) it is better to fix 1.4 independently. Luigi Rizzo	925ebbb2b3	expose struct ast_ha so external code can do things such as printing it (e.g. chan_sip.c in a subsequent commit). Obviously exposing the internals of a data structure is far from ideal (especially in a case like this where the implementation is very inefficient and will need to be changed at some point).
