Joshua Colp	abd17dc849	Fix a bug where a changed configuration file might not be available to all sorcery object types. Since res_sorcery_config used a static name of "res_sorcery_config" to inform the configuration file API that it asked for the configuration file it was possible during a reload for some sorcery object types not to receive the new configuration file. Joshua Colp	3fa4278a31	Merge the sorcery data access layer API. Sorcery is a unifying data access layer which provides a pluggable mechanism to allow object creation, retrieval, updating, and deletion using different backends (or wizards). This is a fancy way of saying "one interface to rule them all" where them is configuration, realtime, and anything else that comes along.
