Jonathan Rose	f4ebdca52a	chan_pjsip: Make logger togglable without loading/unloading ... This patch makes the res_pjsip_logger do a few things... First, it will be built and installed by default now, so end users won't need to enable it in menuselect. Second, while it is loaded, it no longer will immediately issue log messages. Upon loading, it is in the disabled state and must be turned on with the new CLI command. The CLI command 'pjsip set logger <on/off/host> has been added and can be used to do the following: pjsip set logger on: Enables logger for all PJSIP traffic pjsip set logger off: Disables logger for all PJSIP traffic pjsip set logger host <host>: Enables logger for the specific host Review: https://reviewboard.asterisk.org/r/2900/ ........ David M. Lee	2a57f6ccf7	res_pjsip: Forward PJSIP logging to Asterisk logging ... This patch uses PJSIP's pj_log_set_log_func() to forward PJSIP's log messages to Asterisk's logger. This is done in a new module: res_pjsip_log_forwarder.so. This patch sets defaultenabled on the existing res_pjsip_logger.so to no, since logging every SIP packet seems a bit odd to do by default, and is (hopefully) less necessary with regular PJSIP logging. Mark Michelson	735b30ad71	The large GULP->PJSIP renaming effort. ... The general gist is to have a clear boundary between old SIP stuff and new SIP stuff by having the word "SIP" for old stuff and "PJSIP" for new stuff. Here's a brief rundown of the changes: * The word "Gulp" in dialstrings, functions, and CLI commands is now "PJSIP" * chan_gulp.c is now chan_pjsip.c * Function names in chan_gulp.c that were "gulp_*" are now "chan_pjsip_*" * All files that were "res_sip*" are now "res_pjsip*" * The "res_sip" directory is now "res_pjsip" * Files in the "res_pjsip" directory that began with "sip_*" are now "pjsip_*" * The configuration file is now "pjsip.conf" instead of "res_sip.conf" * The module info for all PJSIP-related files now uses "PJSIP" instead of "SIP" * CLI and AMI commands created by Asterisk's PJSIP modules now have "pjsip" as the starting word instead of "sip" git-svn-id: https://origsvn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/trunk@395764 65c4cc65-6c06-0410-ace0-fbb531ad65f3	12 years ago
