George Joseph	f882ca2572	modules: change module LOAD_FAILUREs to LOAD_DECLINES ... In all non-pbx modules, AST_MODULE_LOAD_FAILURE has been changed to AST_MODULE_LOAD_DECLINE. This prevents asterisk from exiting if a module can't be loaded. If the user wishes to retain the FAILURE behavior for a specific module, they can use the "require" or "preload-require" keyword in modules.conf. A new API was added to logger: ast_is_logger_initialized(). This allows asterisk.c/check_init() to print to the error log once the logger subsystem is ready instead of just to stdout. If something does fail before the logger is initialized, we now print to stderr instead of stdout. Change-Id: I5f4b50623d9b5a6cb7c5624a8c5c1274c13b2b25	8 years ago
Richard Mudgett	5e388d4188	bridge_softmix.c: Fix crash if channel fails to join mixing tech. ... softmix_bridge_join() failed because of an allocation failure. To address this, the softmix bridge technology now checks if the channel failed to join softmix successfully. In addition, the bridge now begins the process of kicking the channel out of the bridge so we don't have channels partially in the bridge for very long. * Fix the test_channel_feature_hooks.c unit tests. The test channel must have a valid codec to join the simple_bridge technology. This patch makes joining a bridge more strict by not allowing partially joined channels to remain in the bridge. This patch allows the current owner of a channel to define various feature hooks to be made available once the channel has entered a bridge. This includes any hooks that are setup on the ast_bridge_features struct such as DTMF hooks, bridge event hooks (join, leave, etc.), and interval hooks.
