asterisk.c, manager.c: Increase buffer sizes to avoid truncation warnings.
config.c: Include header file for WIFEXITED/WEXITSTATUS macros.
res_timing_kqueue: Use more portable format specifier.
test_crypto: Use non-linux limits.h header file.
