  Add two new dialplan variables when using features
  
  Added DYNAMIC_FEATURENAME which holds the last triggered dynamic feature.
  Added DYNAMIC_PEERNAME which holds the unique channel name on the other side
  and is set when a dynamic feature is triggered.
